Kelly Arnold
Owner/Builder
Kelly brings over 26 years of construction experience to every project.  He is a skilled carpenter and has an extensive knowledge of building materials, codes and processes.  He was 2002 Past President of the Builders Association of South Central Kentucky and a member of the National Association of Home Builders "Builder 20 Program".  His drive for continuing education keeps him up to date with the latest trends, technology, and business management practices.

Our goal is to have systems in place to make your building experience enjoyable and rewarding for all involved. Our track history with our trade partners insures that you get the best quality available.  The bottom line is this -  we strive for 100% customer satisfaction; in return, our customers refer their friends and associates and thus provide us with sufficient business to insure the long term success of Gemini Homes, Inc.

Kristy Arnold
Controller
Kristy has over 9 years experience managing the overall accounting operations for Gemini Homes, Inc.  Her duties include timely and accurate financial statements, implementation of accounting policies and procedures, budget and cost control, data processing, and cash management.  Her overseeing the financial aspects helps to ensure success for all the projects and contributes to our continual process improvement efforts.

Vickey Grimsley
Design Coordinator
Bringing over 16 years experience with new home construction & remodeling, Vickey will assist with selecting the right floor plan for each owner.  She works with owners to discover their needs and desires in building their DREAM HOME or project while keeping their budget in mind.

As Design Coordinator for Gemini Homes, Inc. she works individually with each customer on selections for exterior finishes (i.e. Brick, roof, windows, front entry door, vinyl and trim, shutters, concrete finishes, etc.) and interior finishes (i.e. Cabinets, countertops, lighting & bath fixtures, wall/ceiling/trim selections and paint finishes, floor coverings, hardware, closet design, etc.).  These are all made simple in the Design Center since the newest and latest selections/trends are offered for selection purposes. Most selections can be made on-site in the Design Center saving time and steps in every owner's busy schedule.

Vickey's expertise will make building with Gemini Homes, Inc. an enjoyable and efficient experience while making your dream project a reality.

Ronnie Latham
Superintendent
Coming from a construction background, Ronnie meets all the challenges on the job site every day.  Many tasks include overseeing the job site, ordering and scheduling deliveries of all materials, and scheduling and monitoring the trade partners throughout the entire building process from start to finish.  From site work to the punch list, Ronnie stays on top of field operations to ensure the successful completion of every Gemini project.

Ronnie is a team player with our Design Team in drawing plans and custom designing plans for homeowners. Visit the Portfolio Plans and view Ronnie's great work.  If you have an idea, Ronnie can put it to a 'plan'.

Kenny Lindsey Carpentry Staff

Glenn Hardesty Carpentry Staff

Bringing over 16 years experience with carpentry and remodeling, Kenny and Glenn's expertise is reflected in the craftsmanship and details in all Gemini Homes. From elaborate trim work to custom built-ins, any homeowner is proud to have their work represented in a Gemini Home.
