Scottsville Road to Three Springs Road.  Follow Three Springs Road 3.1 miles, travel past Griffin Park and over Natcher Parkway overpass to Sutherland Farms Subdivision which will be on your LEFT.  Take the SECOND entrance on Wisteria Way, turning left into subdivision, drive to stop sign at Silver Sun, turn LEFT, then turn first RIGHT onto Roseberry Circle.
